The exhibition ‘Homecoming’ will be held at Galerie Huit Arles, opening on the 6th July 2026 as part of Open Walls Spotlight with British Journal of Photography.
“This year’s photographs remind us that the search for a sense of home, a feeling of belonging, is the cornerstone of what it means to be human”
– Holly Fraser, Editor in chief, WePresent and OpenWalls 2026 judge
Moira and David have lived under threat and scrutiny for 20 years at their Aberdeenshire home, Hermit Point, as Trump built what was claimed would be “The greatest golf course in the world.” I continue to collaborate with them and their neighbours. The featured portrait references Thomas Faed’s figurative painting ‘The Reaper’ (1863) from Aberdeen Art Gallery’s collection.
